Deal 4: Permanent StealMany of you have read my blog post about how to set up Interactive Notebooks, and in that post there is a link to my free INB Check. I recently gave a completely new look to that grading checklist. It now has three different versions to better meet your needs. The first has four checklists to a page so you can reduce printing time and paper waste. The second version has two checklists per page to allow for larger font. The third version has two checklists to a page and contains a comment section so you can give your students more feedback if needed. Enjoy this permanent Steal!

It seems like variables are either very easy or very difficult for my students to understand (at least at first). The Variable Superheroes provide practice and reinforcement of variables while also challenging students’ thinking in a fun way. I haven’t had a chance to use this assignment in my science classes yet, but I think it’ll be a hit with the students. It comes with examples, a rubric, and a Spanish version. This resource will be both a steal and a deal.
First the steal: I will email this resource for FREE to anyone who sends me a message on my Contact Me Page between now and 9:30pm CST today (June 29th). That gives you 2 hours to get this steal.
Now the deal: If you missed out on the steal, don't worry because there is still plenty of time to get the deal. Usually this resource sells for $3.50. Starting now it will only cost $2.00. You can get this deal for the next month. On July 29th at 7:30pm CST this deal will expire. Click here to get the deal.
Deal 2: Expired

It includes pages on hypotheses, the steps of the scientific method, independent and dependent variables, constants/controlled variables, scientific conclusions, scientific questions, and qualitative and quantitative observations. Get this deal before it expires on June 29th at 7:30pm CST.

Maybe you've read my blog post about why I use parent/guardian surveys in my middle school classroom. If you haven't, you can read it here. I use parent/guardian surveys at the beginning of the school year and refer back to them all year long. The survey I made provides me with excellent information about each one of my students and makes it easier for me to make connections with them and their families. I make sure to have Spanish copies available so no family misses out because of a language issue. And guess what? The surveys are going to be FREE for the next 48 hours. You will have until June 22nd at 7:30pm CST to snag this great steal. Please consider leaving feedback after you download your copy. Remember to check back often for more great steals and deals.
